How Study Groups Help Prepare for College

The college admissions process certainly isn’t getting any easier for the average high school student. It is hard enough trying to balance your school work which has been taking over your life every single day. Having to worry about college applications and letters of recommendation while maintaining a high GPA is no easy task.

The good news is that you’re not the only one in this stressful situation. In fact, everybody else around you is in the same boat.

So get together with these people and start a study group! By combining everybody’s academic strengths and weaknesses, study groups will help you all keep each other on track throughout the school year. Sounds promising, right? On the other hand, maybe you feel like you would accomplish more by yourself. You may ask yourself, “Why build a new relationship when you can spend your time pushing yourself to succeed?”
